Rentals With Transportation ( Day Trips)::
All season LRA offers 5 or 10 mile kayak and canoe rentals that include transportation. Meet us for registration at our table located at Pleasant ST. Park in Windsor. After registration you are shuttled upstream to Strawberry Hills and helped in the water. It is about five miles down stream to Pleasant ST Park. From there it is five more miles to the Bissell Bridge take out. When you are done we ask that you carry your paddles and lifejacket  to the top of the ramp,  and move your kayak canoe or dory to the side of the ramp. Our staff will take care of bringing the kayak, canoe,

or dory to the top. We call this trip the Farmicut River trip. You can tackle the Farmicut in segments or make it a Long River day and paddle the full 10 miles. Keep in mind that it takes 1.5 - 2 hours to paddle 5 miles. We are at the table every  sunny weekend. On rainy days and weekdays we are available  by reservation.
